2 Healthy scalp

Healthy hair starts with a healthy scalp. Your scalp can, just as your face, be dry or oily in nature. An otherwise balanced scalp can also be thrown off from time to time by chemicals in your hair products or due to hormonal changes, stress and other external changes.

Oily scalp
An oily scalp is characterized by the hair getting greasy shortly after washing it. An oily scalp often deal with dandruff, that are larger yellow skin flakes shedding from the scalp.

Neutral scalp
A neutral scalp is neither dry nor oily. Dandruff can occasionally be a problem, but there aren’t usually any flakes or scalp issues.

Dry scalp
A dry scalp is characterized by being itchy and shedding small white flakes. A dry scalp is also prone to allergic reactions, and skin infections like eczema and psoriasis.
